It's almost summer. You know you've got a holiday planned and need to look good for that bikini. Time to hit it hard before then and get in shape.
It happens to us every year. We leave things a little too late to start losing weight and hitting the shape we want to be in ready for that holiday.

All you really need to do is a few little things that will help lose fat and get in shape.
1. Track your foods. Most of the time you end up over eating because you're unaware how many calories are in the foods you're consuming. Use MyFitnessPal to track what you're eating. It's a free app that you can download and is really user friendly. It really will open your eyes to how much you're eating at each meal.
2. Move more. This one might sound simple but it is so easy to move more to burn more calories. Instead of turning to your foods and trying to drop calories out of your diet, why not just expend more calories through moving more. Even simple things such as walking more, walking a little faster than normal to get your heart rate up, or even just adding in an extra 10 minutes at the end of each workout can help a lot with losing weight.
3. Eat foods high in protein. Protein is satiating and can help keep you full between meals. Instead of snacking just add more protein to your plate to help prevent the hunger cravings between meals.
I hope these few little tips can help you to lose weight over summer. It'll be tempting with all the BBQs and cool ciders, but stay determined and consistent in your efforts and you will look how you want to along that beach!
